You can view your Google Ads results right inside of HubSpot. Simply click on the Marketing dropdown and then click on Ads. All of your linked ads accounts will show up here, including LinkedIn and Meta.
You can even make adjustments to your campaigns from here. I personally prefer to work right within the Google Ads platform when making updates but this will work in a pinch.

When you integrate HubSpot with Google Ads, HubSpot will add tracking code to your campaigns so you can attribute the leads you generate to the Campaign and Ad Groups that generated the lead.
You can find the code in the Settings section of Google Ads under Campaign URL Options. This code makes it easy to see which leads generated in Google Ads are actually turning into sales.
I always create a view under my contacts that shows all of the leads coming in for a specific campaign. That way it's easy to track my results.
The properties that HubSpot uses to store this data are:

In this view, I can easily see the ad groups that generated the leads and their dispositions. This is a great way to make sure your Ad account is performing up to expectations, and to make sure that sales are getting to the leads quickly.
